Gawith is an English snuff manufacturer. The history of the company can be found here, and is interesting reading.

Snuff Mills                                                   The Stichting de Kralingse Snuif en Specerijen Compagnie uses restored antique windmills to make its deservedly famous Latakia snuffs. Located in the Netherlands; the site is available in both Dutch and English. History of the mills and their operation is available.
